G.FRAGA gladly accept returns (excluding underwear items) on full priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Underwear items are not returnable.
EXCHANGES: At this time, we cannot accommodate direct exchanges. To exchange, please return your full priced item(s) for a refund and place a new online order for the correct item(s).
SALE MERCHANDISE: All merchandise from our SALE category is FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns on sale items. No exceptions will be made.
TO RETURN: Send your return package via shipping method of your choice at your expense. Please include a copy of your packing slip. You are responsible to pay the shipping for returned merchandise.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 1 – 7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account. You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed. G.FRAGA reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
